A: Depicted using the UCSC genome browser, the mouse embryonic fibroblast sequence of the pri-miRNA for miR-219a-2 was shown. The primiReference generated alignment, shown in blue, overlaps this intergenic primary miRNA sequence. B: Several cell lines from a publicly available dataset were shown to have pri-miRNAs mapping to the Atrnl1 gene from which the primary-miR562 gene was transcribed intragenically from an intron.
