Fig. 2 — Effects of H1299 cell-derived exosomes on the viability of SVG P12 cells. Different concentrations of exosomes were co-cultured with SVG P12 cells for 24 h, and the cell viability was detected by CCK8 assay. The results showed that H1299 cell-derived exosomes could reduce the cell viability of astrocytes, and the cell viability was about 50% of that of the control group when the exosome concentration was 60μg/ml
