GH-ALG shows selective immunoreactivity to peripheral T cells. Cynomolgus monkeys (n=11) received I.V. daily doses of 50 mg/kg GH-ALG for 5 days. On Days 3-4, blood was sampled, and lymphocyte subpopulations were analyzed by flow cytometry. Whereas CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell subpopulations were reduced, Treg and B cells were unaffected.
