Pharmacokinetic evaluation. For the GH-ALG GLP toxicology study, one group of three male and three female cynomolgus monkeys received GH-ALG by daily intravenous administration (4-hour infusion) at 50 mg/kg/adm for 5 days. Serum samples were drawn on Days 1 (before infusion, 5 minutes, 24 and 96 hours after infusion) and 5 (before infusion and 5 minutes after infusion) and Days 6, 9, 12, 15, 17, and 22 and week 5.
