Overexpression of BRF1 suppresses the synthetic lethality of T₇ stretch/Δ42 mutations. Cells were grown overnight in YEPD prior to plating on 5-FOA (−Trp, −His). Fivefold dilutions were grown at 30°C for 2 days. 1X equals an optical density at 600 nm of 0.08.
