LA disrupts the actin cytoskeleton of human MCF10A mammary epithelial cells. MCF10A cells were treated with vehicle (0.1% ethanol) or LA (5 μM) for 30 min. They were fixed with formaldehyde and stained for actin with Alexa594-phalloidin and for DNA with Hoescht 33342.
