The dCAF-1 p75 subunit appears to be related to dCAF-1 p105. (A) Schematic showing the apparent relationship between the p105 and p75 proteins. The positions of peptide sequences that were identified by microsequencing of p75 are indicated by the gray boxes and are shown relative to the positions of the corresponding sequences in the p105 open reading frame. The regions of the p105 protein that were used as antigens to raise the dCAF-1 p105+p75 and dCAF-1 p105 antisera are also indicated.
