Single-cell transcriptomic analysis of colonic epithelial cells shows Retnlb/RELMβ marks DCS cells at homeostasis. Single-cell transcriptomics was performed on 26,848 isolated distal colonic single cells from Spry2FF control mice (n = 4 mice).
