This figure shows the difference in alectinib minimal plasma concentration (Ctrough) between patients with (blue dots) and without severe toxicity (red squares) when treated with alectinib 600 mg twice daily. The green triangles are Ctrough concentrations from patients with severe toxicity who were reduced in alectinib dose to 450 mg twice daily because of severe toxicity.
