Comparison of GCNSA with other methods in terms of density

When the Hamming distance constraint (d = 3), GC content constraint, and no-runlength constraint were satisfied, GCNSA was compared with other five representative methods in DNA storage systems with lexicographic encoding for coding density.

In most cases, the storage density of GCNSA is higher than that of other methods, especially when n = 8, the coding density result of GCNSA is significant. The storage density in the figure is calculated in the same way as F. L öchel32 et al.
