Interventions | Central neuraxial block‐caudal epidural block: Caudal epidural in neonates posted for tracheoesophageal fistula surgeries. 1 mL/kg bolus 0.2 percentage ropivacaine followed by 0.1 mL/kg/hr infusion for 72 hrs One more group received standard intravenous fentanyl analgesia during surgery and after surgery for 72 hrs, dose of 1 ug/kg |
