2 March 2023	New search has been performed	Searches of the Cochrane Cystic Fibrosis and Genetic Disorders Group's Cystic Fibrosis Trials Register and online trials registries found 22 new references. Included studies We added seven new references to the already included study (Kerem 2014). We added four references to the study that was previously listed as ongoing (with a single reference) and is now included (Konstan 2020). Excluded studies We added two new references to the study previously awaiting assessment (previously with three references) and have now excluded it (Sermet‐Gaudelus 2010). We have excluded nine new studies (single reference to each study) (NCT00234663; NCT00237380; NCT00351078; NCT01140451; NCT02456103; NCT03256799; NCT03256968; NCT03670472; NCT04126473).
