Overview of MAW. MAW-R executes dereplication. It starts with the input data files and searches the spectra in spectral and compound databases with the R package Spectra and SIRIUS respectively. Once the dereplication is completed and each file and precursor mass [m/z] has some candidates from different databases, MAW-Py performs candidate selection from these sources, generates classes, and creates a table for the chemical similarity network, which can be visualized in Cytoscape [49]
