Schematic depiction of the in silico model

The model integrates antigen presentation dynamics with processes in GCs and EGCs. Circulating antibodies help present antigen on FDCs. GC entry; GC B cell selection, replication, and mutation; and differentiation of GC B cells into memory and plasma cells are considered.
