Comparison between vaccinated patients (either two doses or a booster dose) and unvaccinated patients (including partially vaccinated patients) for overall COVID-19 sequelae, respiratory sequelae, prolonged fatigue, neurocognitive sequelae, weight loss, and other sequelae is reported with no adjusting covariate included given the optimal balancing ability of the IPTW procedure. Comparison between patients who received two vaccine doses and unvaccinated patients included no adjusting covariate given the optimal balancing ability of the IPTW procedure. Comparison between patients who received a booster dose and unvaccinated patients was adjusted for country of origin (multivariable model reported in the appendix p 9). 95% CIs are provided for both before and after the clustered-robust correction for participating centre.
