Clinical course of case 2. The pulmonary congestion and marked reticular shadow in the lower lung fields as well as the elevated levels of BNP and hs-cTnT were present on admission; these features were improved using immunosuppressive therapy and heart failure treatment. Oral prednisolone was gradually tapered as shown in this figure.
