We used the Neuromark pipeline to extract reliable intrinsic connectivity networks (ICNs, in total, 53 components) for the whole brain that are replicated across independent datasets. We put them into seven networks, including subcortical network (SCN), auditory network (AND), visual sensory network (VSN), sensorimotor network (SMN), cognitive control network (CCN), default mode network (DMN), and cerebellar network (CBN).
