Co-redistribution of Lyn constructs with aggregated FcɛRI. The indicated Lyn constructs or GFP alone was introduced into RBL cells, BMMC, or BMMC-Lyn^−/−. Cells were sensitized with biotinylated IgE, and surface FcɛRI-IgE complexes were aggregated with Cy3-conjugated streptavidin for 2 min. The cells were fixed and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
