The morphological results are calculated for the following variables and measures. Label which is the identification number of a cell counted by ACCT in the listed image file; formatted as the file name, identification number of the cell. Area which is the average area of the cell in pixels. Min which is the minimum intensity value of the cell. Max which is the maximum intensity value of the cell. X which is the X coordinate of the center of the cell. Y which is the Y coordinate of the center of the cell. XM which is the X coordinate of the center of mass of the cell. YM which is the Y coordinate of the center of mass of the cell. Perim. which is the perimeter of the cell in pixels. BX which is the X coordinate of the upper-left corner of the bounding rectangle, which is the smallest possible rectangle that encloses the cell. BY which is the Y coordinate of the upper-left corner of the bounding rectangle, which is the smallest possible rectangle that encloses the cell. Width which is the width of the cell in pixels. Height which is the height of the cell in pixels. Major which is the primary axis of the smallest possible ellipse that encloses the cell. Minor which is the secondary axis of the smallest possible ellipse that encloses the cell. Angle which is the angle between the major axis, or primary axis, and a line parallel to the X axis of the image. Circ. which is the circularity of the cell, or how close to a perfect circle the shape of the cell is. Feret which is the feret diameter, is the longest distance between any two points on the perimeter of the cell. IntDen which is the sum of the values of the pixels in the cell. Median which is the median value of the pixels in the cell. Skew which is the third order moment about the mean. Kurt which is the fourth order moment about the mean. RawIntDen which is the sum of the values of the pixels in the cell. FeretX which is the starting X coordinate of the feret diameter. FeretY which is the starting Y coordinate of the feret diameter. FeetAngle, which is the angle of the feret diameter. MinFeret, the shortest feret diameter, which is the shortest distance between any two points on the cell. AR which is the aspect ratio of the cell's fitted ellipse which is calculated as Major/Minor. Round which is the inverse of AR. Solidity, which is the the (area/convex area) of the cell.
