FILE .docx: 
	contains tables and figures mentioned in the main text, plus some further details on MPs carachteristics and the new protocol for volume measurement.

IMJ_Aanalysis_Macro: 
	contains the Macro used for the image analysis.

R_MPs_Volume_TESTS: 
	contains the R code used to elaborate the data retrieved from the Image Analysis.  It is suggested to make an INPUT-OUTPUT folder for IMJ_Analysis_Macro and then copy its content with R in another folder named according to the MPs group analyzed. This specific step is not present in the script as the choice is left to the user.
