Additional quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR) results for genes whose expression changed significantly (P< 0.01) in wild-type cells. Down-regulation of CD2 mRNA was modestly but significantly (P = 0.005) affected in PI3K-low, but this was not verified by Q-PCR; nevertheless, the overall pattern across conditions looked similar. Gfi-1, Enx-1, Stat4, and glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) appeared PI3K- and/or Btk-dependent, based on K-means clustering rather than statistical criteria. Data are presented in the same format as Fig. 2.
