This article contains the following supporting material:
- Figure S1 - Figure S1. Dose titration of cathepsin B inhibitors. BRECs were plated within a collagen sandwich gel, and then medium containing 2.5 ng/ml VEGF or two different cathepsin B inhibitors (1, 20, 40, and 60 μM CBI or 1, 2, 10 μM CA-074Me) were added. After 5 days in culture at 37 °C, three randomly selected fields were photographed and tube lengths were measured. The error bar indicates the standard deviation of triplicates samples. Similar results were observed in 2 independent experiments. The student?s t tests were performed for the comparisons with buffer, and the asterisk denotes p < 0.001 (* * * ) ; p < 0.01 (* * ).
