Spatial regulation of hyalin deposition in a cytochalasin-treated cell. Time-lapse recording of a sea urchin egg cultured in CaFSW until NEB and transferred into CDSW. The spindle was repositioned to one side of the cell by using a microneedle, and the deposition of hyalin and new membrane at the cell surface was monitored after anaphase onset. Images were collected every 30 s, and the movie is played at 10 frames per s.
