Control (Movie 1)

Reelin (Movie 2)

Movies 1 and 2.

Time-lapse movie (50 min/sec) microscopy of the effect of recombinant reelin on HNSCs differentiated under serum-free conditions. Addition of recombinant reelin induced retraction of differentiating neurons, glial cells, and their projections back to the spheroid in about 3 hr, whereas addition of conditioned media from 293T cells, which were not transfected with plasmid, failed to elicit a significant change in the movement of HNSCs.
