Immunolocalization of sodium channel a subunits in single ventricular myocytes. Specific staining for Na_v1.1 (a), Na_v1.3 (c), Na_v1.5 (e), and Na_v1.6 (g). To show specificity, preabsorption of the used antibodies with the peptides against which they were generated was performed.
