Fig. 6. Expression of cell cycle-regulated genes. Expression profiles for the subset of TDR genes whose mRNA transcript levels are normally cell-cycle regulated (1, 2) are shown. Genes are grouped according to the phase of the cell cycle during which their expression normally peaks. A graph showing the population of large-budded cells in each passage is provided for reference for each experiment. Gene expression changes of less than 1.5-fold are masked in black.
