Homologs of the ArsA genes were identified with FASTA3 and BLASTP searches of GenBank, a low-redundancy protein database at TIGR, and genome contigs from incomplete genome projects at TIGR and the Department of Energy Joint Genome Institute (http://www.jgi.doe.gov).
