Expanded nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy spectrum overlay of a 1:4 mixture of Ramoplanin (1) and Parks nucleotide (6) (red spectrum) versus free Ramoplanin (blue spectrum) obtained in DMSO/H2O/D2O (20:72:8 vol/vol/vol) at 25°C, pH 7.0 at 500 MHz. This portion of the spectrum depicts two unique intermolecular nuclear Overhauser effects between the aromatic protons of Ramoplanin Hpg6 and Parks nucleotide lactyl ether CH3, as well as migrations of the chemical shifts of several intramolecular nuclear Overhauser effects of Ramoplanin.
