This portion of the spectrum depicts two unique intermolecular nuclear Overhauser effects between the aromatic protons of Ramoplanin Hpg⁶ and Park’s nucleotide lactyl ether CH₃, as well as migrations of the chemical shifts of several intramolecular nuclear Overhauser effects of Ramoplanin.
