Flagged are two genes which show opposite regulation after stimulation with CD3 or CD3/CD28 beads (from the brown shaded genes, Fig. 3B): ID3, inhibitor of DNA binding 3 (X69111), dominant negative helix- loop- helix protein, and KIAA0469 gene product, KIAA0469 (NM_014851).
