Fig. 6.

Suppression of the anchorage-independent growth by exogenous MYO18B expression. H322 (Parent), vector-transfected controls (V1, V2), and clones with MYO18B expression (2-7, 1-8, 2-5, 2-1, 2-20) were analyzed for colony formation in soft agar (Upper). H1299 (Parent), vector-transfected controls (V1, V2), and clones with MYO18B expression (6, 124, 163) were analyzed for colony formation in soft agar (Lower). The ability to form colonies in soft agar was measured by counting the numbers of visible colonies per cm2 in triplicate of a 6-well plate.
