Interaction between pre-B and stromal cells induces the relocalization of pre-BCR at the contact zone between the two cells. Pre-B and stromal cell conjugates were analyzed by confocal microscopy by using a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal microscope . DIC images show fixed lymphoid/stromal cell conjugates after 2 h of incubation.
