Fig. 6. Chronic restraint stress does not reduce the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD-65), and GABAB receptors in the hippocampus. Wild-type mice (n = 4-5 per time point) were subjected to chronic restraint stress, their hippocampi dissected, and the levels of BDNF, GAD-65, and GABAB were determined by Western blotting.
