(Lower) The FURA calcium indicator fluorescence ratio in a false color scale as indicated to the right of the FURA images. Comparing the FURA signal and the DIC/nanosphere overlay, recruitment of the bead to the front of the cell is seen to occur in the first ~2.5 minutes after initial calcium elevation.
