Regulation of CSPG2 gene expression by endogenous p53. Calu6 p53-null cells were infected with an adenoviral construct expressing wt p53 (Ad-wt p53), or with empty vector (Ad control), and 48 h after infection cells were harvested for mRNA extraction.
