CSF-1R expression analyses in prostate of csf1r^op/csf1r^op and age-matched wild-type mouse. Tissue sections from 10-day- and 3-week-old mouse prostate of csf1r^op/csf1r^op mouse and in the age-matched prostate of wild-type mouse were examined by immunohistochemistry with polyclonal rabbit anti-CSF-1R antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, lot K130, 1:200 dilution) based on the EnVison System (DAKO). The staining showed moderate expression of CSF-1R in prostate glands in 10-day prostate of both wild-type and csf1r^op/csf1r^op mouse. In the 3-week-old prostate of both wild-type and op/op mouse, CSF-1R staining was weakly detected. There are no differences in staining intensity between wild-type and csf1r^op/csf1r^op mouse.
