Analytical ultracentrifugation of MS1-N14D. The data were fit to a monomer--trimer--hexamer equilibrium. Upper illustrates data at pH 6, and Lower illustrates data at pH 8. The data at pH 8 were not well described by the model because of the presence of higher-order aggregates.
