This article contains the following supporting material:
- Movie 1 - Co-distribution of quinacrine-labeled ATP stores beneath plasma membrane patches in lymphocytes. Live Jurkat cells were co-stained with a marker of putative ATP stores quinacrine and cell surface marker Alexa555-CTB. Serial confocal images along the z axis were captured with Zeiss LSM-510 microscope (Plan-Apochromat 100 x 1.4 Oil objective) followed by their three-dimensional reconstruction using the accompanying software (Version 3.2 SP2), with cytoplasmic quinacrine staining shown in green and cell surface CTB-staining in red.
