Typical Le Bail crystal structure refinement, performed using the GSAS program (1, 2), of the x-ray diffraction pattern of (Mg0.39,Fe0.61)O collected in an in situ laser-heated DAC experiment at about 98 GPa and 2,390 (+130) K. No phase transformation was observed after the sample was laser-heated for more than 30 min at 2,390 (+130) K. The total duration of the laser heating was approximately 3 h in this heating cycle. The space groups of (Mg0.39,Fe0.61)O and NaCl-B2 are FmGIF Imagem and PmGIF Imagem, respectively. Solid ticks and dash ticks: diffraction lines of (Mg0.39,Fe0.61)O in the B1 and NaCl in the B2, respectively.
