Incubation of H-Ras with PGA₁ resulted in the appearance of several peaks of m/z = 21633.6, 21970.4, and 22313.6, which correspond to the incorporation of one, two, and three PGA₁ molecules, respectively, on H-Ras (PGA₁ mass 336.5). This finding could indicate that PGA₁ may modify H-Ras at multiple sites.
