Fig. 4. Calibration plot of the Herceptin concentrations as a function of A₄₀₅ using the Easy-Titer Human IgG (H+L) assay kit (Pierce). The calibration plot was performed by using a triplicate measurement of serially diluted Herceptin. A new standard plot was prepared every time a new set of experiments was performed, as suggested by the manufacturer.
