This article contains the following supporting material:
- Movie 1 - Localization of sGCΔcat-GFP during chemotaxis
Cells expressing the catalytically inactive sGCΔcat-GFP were starved for 5 hours and allowed to migrate towards a micropipette filled with 10-4 M cAMP. The location of the tip of the pipette is marked by the asterisk. Images were collected at 10 second intervals and the movie shows 6 frames per second, resulting in a 60-fold time acceleration.
