- Supplemental Figure A - Characterization of serum lipoprotein-cholesterol distribution in ovariectomized Placebo-(Pl) or estradiol-17ß (E2) treated immunocompetent ApoE-/- control and immunodeficient ApoE-/-/ TCRß-/-, CD4-/-, CD8-/-, TCRdelta-/- or B-/- female mice. 200µl serum (pool from 5 mice per group) was resolved by fast liquid chromatography followed by cholesterol analysis of each fraction using an enzymatic assay.
