Synaptic Vesicle Mobility and Presynaptic F-Actin Are Disrupted in a N-ethylmaleimidesensitive Factor Allele of Drosophila
Mol. Biol. Cell Nunes et al. 17: 4709 Supplemental Material
All time-lapse images were collected with 15 second intervals between images, and videos are replayed at 7 frames per second.
This article contains the following supporting material:
- Movie 1 - Time-lapse sequence of the same control NMJ expressing Actin:GFP as shown in manuscript Figure 6, but with the images cropped and zoomed on the prominent bouton in the upper portion of Figure 6
- Movie 2 - A second control NMJ expressing Actin:GFP but shown at lower magnification in comparison to SV1.
- Movie 3 - A mutant NSF2E/Q NMJ expressing Actin:GFP at low magnification. There are several bright punctate structures in this image, but as revealed in this time-lapse series, they move much less than their control counterparts.
- Movie 4 - The same mutant NSF2E/Q NMJ expressing Actin:GFP as shown in Supplemental Video 3 but cropped and zoomed onto the rightward going branch in the centre of the NMJ. Several actin GFP puncta are visible but they do not move like the puncta present in the control terminals in Supplemental Video 2.
