Fig. 7. Dach2 overexpression suppresses denervation-dependent gene induction in 14-day denervated muscle. Adult tibialis anterior (TA) muscles were denervated and electroporated with either a Dach2 expression vector or a control vector along with a GFP expression vector. Fourteen days postelectroporation/denervation, TA muscles were isolated, and GFP+ fibers were dissected and used to prepare RNA for real-time PCR quantification of transcript levels. Values are reported as a percentage of control (set to 100%) and are listed on top of the bars (n = 4). Error bars are standard error of the mean.
