BSC1 monkey cells expressing VSVG^ts-GFP were kept overnight at 40ºC to allow the accumulation of VSVG^ts-GFP in the ER. The temperature of the cells was shifted to 32°C and imaged by epi-fluorescence microscopy. The cells were incubated with 100 μM Exo1 immediately before the temperature shift. The time-lapse series was acquired for 30 min at a frequency of
15 s^–1. The elapsed time is indicated in the right hand corner.
