Overexpression of TASK3 in human lung carcinoma cell line: Ben. Poly(A)+ RNA (2 μg) from mouse embryonic fibroblast or Ben cells were fractionated on 1% formaldehyde-agarose gel, blotted, and probed with the C-terminal potion of TASK3 cDNA label with 32P. The membrane was stripped and then reprobed with actin. Exposure time for TASK3 and actin was 3 days and 1 h, respectively.
