The bone marrow DNA of the patient with t(5;11)(q31;q23) was loaded in lane 9 (arrow). Patients with different other MLL rearrangements (lanes 1–4) as well as normal germ-line status of MLL (lanes 5–7) are analyzed on the same blot. In lane 8, no specific MLL signal is seen, most probably because of the low amount of loaded DNA.
