Functional genes are indicated in dark colors (red or dark blue), conserved hypothetical genes in medium colors (orange or medium blue), and novel hypothetical genes by light colors (pink or light blue). RNA genes are shown in black. Insertion sequence (IS) elements are also coded by colored boxes, with each element family identified by name and color.
