Gene Ontology (GO) analysis was performed for the 8,225 differentially regulated probesets that displayed absolute intensity values >1,000 for at least one day during myeloid maturation. Heatmaps were created for groups of selected, annotated genes (see below) by plotting values for each probeset as a percentage of the maximal value from day 0 to day 7.

Panel A: Expression levels of annotated apoptosis-related genes (all data in all panels is presented as the percentage of the maximal value for that probeset between days 0 and 7, using experimental Set 1).
Panel B: Cell cycle-related genes.
Panel C: Transcription factors.

- Figure S3 (PDF, 73.5 KB) -
Panel A: Kinase genes.
Panel B: Protein phosphatase genes.
- Figure S4. Expression of genes implicated in human and mouse AML pathogenesis during murine myeloid differentiation (PDF, 31.3 KB) -
Panel A. Expression levels of genes known to be involved in chromosomal translocations associated with human AML (all data in all panels is presented as the percentage of the maximal value for that probeset between days 0 and 7, using experimental Set 1). Brackets identify probesets that represent genes that are translocation partners.
Panel B. Expression levels of genes that have been associated with AML gain-of-function mutations (including mutations that activate protein functions, and mutations associated with over-expression).
Panel C. Expression levels of genes with AML-associated loss-of-function mutations (including mutations that down-regulate expression).
Panel D. Expression levels of genes that are associated with retroviral insertional mutations in murine AML syndromes.
