AMPD3 gene increased expression in reperfusion-injured lung. Quantitative RT-PCR products were generated by isolated RNAs (DNase I-treated) from control mice (lane 1), mice that underwent lower limb ischemia but without reperfusion (lane 2), and mice that underwent lower limb ischemia and reperfusion (lane 3) with the primers from 5' end of AMPD3 cDNA (5'-CCCAAGTTGAACATGTCCGATTTG-3' and 5'-GAGACCCTCTTCCAAAGGCACACT-3'). (Upper) The 567-bp RT-PCR product corresponding to the 5' end coding region of AMPD3 cDNA. (Lower) The 598-bp PCR cDNA fragment of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH, an RNA loading monitor) generated from the same RT product used for PCR in Upper.
